We had a massive meal in the morning and some excellent food at the rooftop bar. We greatly enjoyed the double room which was elegant with a king size bed.

Brilliant food, overall pretty standard place.
Good and magnificent setting, walking distance to restaurants and cafés. Nearby a port, easy to move around. Superfriendly staff that was on shift, brand-new, elegant rooms.

The place was clean and recently refurbished, it had genuinely helpful and professional staff that was on shift. I had a full size breakfast with many options. The location was the best for exploring this secure area, near to the port, the bus station and all the shops, the port area of Patras and coach station right next door. I ate in the rooftop restaurant nearby.

We had a great value for our money at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful sea view from the balcony. The location was perfect, with plenty of bars and shops nearby, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The breakfast experience could be improved with a wider variety of options.

Helpful staff (they showed us where to park our car), large room, breakfast was okay.
The hotel is directly at the harbor (we were staying there waiting for our ferry next day). So it's relatively loud, even in the night. Also, the price (150 Euro per night for a double room) is not justified at all. It was by far our most expensive stay in Greece.
